When creating a vehicle listing, you must:

• Use only photos that accurately represent the vehicle
• Not misrepresent the condition, history, or features of the vehicle
• Disclose any known defects, damage, or issues
• Have clear title without encumbrances (unless disclosed)
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding vehicle sales

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Car Market 24 to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Sell stolen vehicles or vehicles you don't own
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications

• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Circumvent security measures

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer, you are responsible for:

• Conducting your own due diligence on any vehicle
• Arranging independent inspections before purchase
• Verifying the seller's ownership and the vehicle's history
• Negotiating and completing transactions directly with sellers
• Understanding that Car Market 24 makes no warranties about listed vehicles

7. Content and Intellectual Property

By posting content (listings, photos, descriptions), you:

• Grant Car Market 24 a license to display and distribute your content
• Confirm you own or have rights to use all content you post
• Agree that we may remove content that violates these Terms

Car Market 24's name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8. Fees and Payments

Fees for listing on Car Market 24 are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed during the listing creation process. Any fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.

9. Disclaimers

Car Market 24 IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM:

• Any warranty about the accuracy of listings
• Any warranty about the condition of vehicles
• Any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Any liability for disputes between buyers and sellers

10. Limitation of Liability
